Sarah-Jane Rutherford

Sarah-Jane is a wife, mother, and equestrian enthusiast. Even though she now lives in Canada, she will forever be a Northern Ireland girl who lives on endless cups of tea.

With 15 years of experience in HR, Marketing and Leadership, she has a true passion for people and especially for human resources. This is what has driven her to create Silverson HR to help businesses manage their people efficiently with the genuine intention of seeing them do well.
